Would you believe there are 191 people over the age of 100 who hold a driving licence in UK? That’s not all either as there are no less than 4,018,900 people over the age of 70 holding full British driving licences in the country.

GEM Motoring Assist, a road breakdown and safety organisation, has come out with an online programme to help older drivers fine tune their driving abilities so as to allow them to drive for longer with higher safety levels.

It also helps assist families faced with the difficult situation of being concerned about a loved one when they feel it may be time for them to take off their driving gloves for good.

With the help of Valerie Singleton, helpful resource cuts through the legal, practical and emotional aspects of driving in the twilight years.
